Return and Cancellation policy

 

  1. Return Policy

 

We do our best to make returns and exchanges as simple as possible. We are confident that you will be satisfied with our products. However, if you are not completely satisfied within the first 7 days from delivery you are entitled to a Full Refund (minus shipping and COD charges if any). No questions asked and hassle-free.

 

All products can be returned except Lens and Contact Lenses

 

  1. Return Process

 

  1. In the event that the products are returned, it shall be returned in their unused, original and merchantable condition and in their original packaging, including any/all accessories such as case and cleaning cloth etc.

 

  1. Cost of the return shipping has to be borne by you

 

  1. To start your product return process, simply log in and go to My Account/My Orders and select the order and item(s) you wish to return. We will revert with an approval for the same by SMS/Email.

 

  1. Once approved the item(s) then has to be shipped back to us in their original packaging (as specified above) to

  1. A tracking number should be provided by you to us for all returned items via email on satrovision@yahoo.com

 

  1. Issuance of Full Refund (minus shipping and COD charges if any) will only be processed once the returned item(s) arrive in the merchantable condition at our facilities, and can be verified with a tracking number.

 

  1. Refunds will be effected via the same method of payment used to order the Product (credit card, debit card, NEFT etc.) minus shipping and COD charges.

 

  1. Please allow up to 30 days from when we receive the item, for the credit to appear in your account. Keep in mind that some refunds may take over 30 days from the purchase date to be processed.

 

Important Notes: 

  • It is the customer's responsibility to ship the item(s) back within 7 business days after receiving the approval from us. Return requests will not be processed after such timeframes. 
  • A tracking number must be provided for the returned items. 
  • The customer can only send back the items that were selected during the return process. Any additional items that are included in the returned box that were not ticked, will not be accounted for a refund
     
  1. Cancellation Policy

 

  1. Before they are shipped, Orders may be cancelled by you. Please visit your order page on the website and select the item(s) for cancellation.
